Frontal Agritech is run and operated by an experienced team of individuals with many years of experience in the food processing sector and agricultural sectors having a strong technical background in research and new product development. The team comprises of experienced product managers, research & development managers, quality managers and agricultural consultants who are helped by a dedicated team of over 20 factory floor workers and field force.

Leena Saikia

FOUNDER, Managing Director, Chairperson
 

Leena Saikia is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Frontal Agritech and is the major driving force behind Frontal Agritech’s vision, mission and growth. Her deep entrepreneurial knowledge and technical background, along with her outstanding management skills have led the company to become a pioneer in the processed food industry of Bhut jolokia products in the international market from the North-East region of India.

Leena is an alumni of Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysore, with a post-graduate degree in Food Technology. She is the recipient of various accolades viz True Legends of North East 2016 by ABP group & The Telegraph and FICCI FLO North East Achievers Award of Excellence 2017-18.

Arindam Saikia

director, Operations

Arindam Saikia is the Director of Operations who looks after Research & Development and Supply Chain Management. His technical background and futuristic outlook has evolved the company in moving towards new business verticals.

Arindam graduated from University of Queensland, Australia, with a degree in Food technology. He is an experienced administrator with a background of scientific research and a demonstrated history of working is varied business verticals. He leads the technical team developing hydroponics and vertical farming aspect of the business under the brand name GreenLit Grow.

Ashmita Saikia

DIRECTOR, Finance & Accounts

Ashmita Saikia is the Director of Finance & Accounts graduated from Christ University, Bengaluru, with a specialization in Finance & International Business. Her analytical skills help the company is making financial decisions.

She is an alumni of Arnhem Business School, Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, The Netherlands.
